My name is Edward De Los Santos. I am Dominican, a pastor, community leader, and social worker in the province of San Cristóbal. I currently serve as treasurer of the board of directors of ASOCESANCRI (Association of Comprehensive Development Centers of San Cristóbal), where I contribute to the organization and transparency of resources allocated to strengthening our work with children, families, and the community.
I am the pastor of the Church of God Sovereign King (IDERS), a congregation committed to the spiritual restoration and strengthening of families in the Mira Cielo community. I also preside over the Love in Action Ministry Foundation, which manages the Love in Action Comprehensive Development Center. This center provides comprehensive care to children, adolescents, and their families through programs focused on education, values, emotional guidance, violence prevention, and community support.
In addition, I am the president of the Mira Cielo Water Purification Company, a community project focused on providing purified water at a low cost, contributing to the health and well-being of families in the area. I have promoted and coordinated various social initiatives, such as educational workshops, talks on child abuse prevention, values campaigns, assistance to vulnerable families, and leadership training programs.
I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Family Therapy, which strengthens my preparation for working directly with families in vulnerable situations, grief, crisis intervention, and relationship restoration. My background in theology and therapy has allowed me to integrate faith, education, and emotional well-being into the programs I lead.
My commitment to ASOCESANCRI is based on the principles of transparency, service, responsible organization, and accountability. I work alongside churches and partner organizations to consolidate impactful projects for children, youth, and families in the most vulnerable communities of San Cristóbal.
